Clear responsibilities
Maseer is responsible for the agreed deliverables, and the client is responsible for providing required information, access, content, reviews, and approvals. Delays or changes in these dependencies may affect the project plan.
Deliverables and ownership
After the agreed work is completed and the related payment and handover requirements are met, ownership of the covered deliverables follows the terms stated in the project proposal or agreement.
Changes to the agreed work
Business needs can change during a project. Any requested change should be reviewed for its effect on deliverables, cost, timing, and responsibilities before it is approved.
Post-launch support
Maintenance and support can continue after delivery when they are included in the agreement. The support period, response arrangements, included work, and exclusions should be defined clearly.
